East Africa’s displaced citizens particularly in Ethiopia, Kenya and Somalia are suffering from a lack of basic necessities such as shelter, food, water.
Hope and Health East Africa will provide those in need with these urgent supplies.
We always need your support in helping those in urgent need of food, medicine, shelter and water.
A severe drought in East Africa has left many rivers dry. As a result, the pastoral community could not find water nearby, and many cattle died. Hence the farmers and pastoral community was forced to leave the area in search of drinking water.
Therefore, we need your support to solve the water supply problem in East Africa in a sustainable way and we call on you to help us.
Apart from the lack of medicine and medical equipment, the lack of shelter has become the biggest problem for pastoralists and farmers who have been displaced from their homes due to drought and war.
However, a significant number of farmers and pastoralists have been forced to flee their areas in search of food. Even those who have not left their areas and migrated are suffering from severe hunger and disease. A significant number of schools were also left without students.
