Food is one of the basic needs of human beings to survive. Rain-dependent agriculture in East Africa was unable to produce crops due to drought in 2021/22.
In the drought-stricken areas of East Africa, many children have suffered serious illness and death. Mothers could not take care of their children.
However, a significant number of farmers and pastoralists have been forced to flee their areas in search of food. Even those who have not left their areas and migrated are suffering from severe hunger and disease. A significant number of schools were also left without students.
We need to help vulnerable communities in East Africa by providing one of the most basic needs, food at the right time and place.
Therefore, our organization is working to provide the necessary food for these parts of society that are in dire need of hunger.
Hence, we need the support of many institutions, individuals, and governments to enable our organization to provide access to the food supply in an organized manner to the society who are facing the worst hunger problem.
